WEDDINGS/ CORPORATE EVENTS/ PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
We are associated with and work with many of the areas most recognised Venues, Bars, Hotels and Wedding Planners and Celebrants such as
One Fine Day, Tregold, Stoneridge Estate, Simply Perfect etc. As well as Corporate organisations such as Queenstown Winterfest, Skyline Enterprises and BMW to name a few. Plus a wide range of private, local and international clients. Through these connections and our track record we cater to a variety of events and settings.
WEDDINGS/ CEREMONY/ CANAPÉS/ RECEPTION
CEREMONY - We offer to perform three songs of your choice throughout the Entrance, Signing and Exit as well as background Instrumental music as your guests arrive and get settled
to their seats.
You can choose from our setlist or let us know of any special requests which we are
happy to learn.
We specialise in learning new material quickly and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want for your special day.
CANAPES - In addition to your ceremony or as a seperate offering we are able to play 1.5 - 2 hours of acoustic music as you have photos taken and your guests mingle and begin celebrating your marriage.
Times can be adjusted to your choosing and we will work around your needs for the day.
DINNER MUSIC/ FIRST DANCE - While you and your guests dine we will set the scene with beautiful background music. We can provide a system for any speeches and background music and perform our sets in between these times.
All timings and song preferences can be organised prior to your big day to suit your needs
and wishes.
*We are happy to provide quotes and packages based on all or any combination of the 3 options listed.
A SPECIAL ADDITION TO YOUR EVENT.....
If you wish to add an extra flare to your event we are connected to some excellent musicians subject to availability adding the likes of Cello, Violin, Piano, Sax and Light Percussion..
CORPORATE & EVENTS
With years of working within the Corporate industry we not only have a great rapport with the local businesses and venues but also have a deep understanding of what it takes to make any event, big or small, a great success having worked with a number of large international corporations.
We know how important impressions are and make every musical aspect stress free by being highly flexible in what we offer and how the client would like each event to run. We look to accommodate any musical needs and have great pride in our high standards of sound, appearance and presentation.
We provide all of our own equipment and can accomodate lighting and public address options for any speeches or other background music as required.
PARTIES/ FUNCTIONS & BOOKINGS
